We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist 2nd Level Support (m/w/d), located in Germany, in the area of Stuttgart, Korntal-Münchingen. You are working within the exciting and challenging Customer Service Department of FARO, contributing directly to the satisfaction of our customers through high-class second-level support to our external customers and internal partners.
- Provide 2nd level support based on solutions or answers as listed in the knowledge database
- Provide outstanding individual quality and quantity customer support on commercial and technical hotline inquiries
- Escalate problems requiring more in-depth knowledge from a leader or to the technical service team
- Provide RMAs, communicate shipping requirements, arrangements to customers, and prepare all needed internal documents for services
- Process quotes, non-warranty estimates, purchase orders, customer orders, inquiries, and technical repair reports related to our products
- Support on software licensing
- Closely cooperate with the other support level teams to ensure an excellent customer experience along the support chain

This position requires
- Strong service-oriented mindset
- Strong communications skills
- Fluency in English and German, good language skills in French, Italian or Spanish is an advantage
- Commercial or technical education
- Ability to work under pressure
