**Aufgaben**:

- Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Support-Anfragen per Telefon oder E-Mail
- Beratung von Agenturen und Gastgebern bezüglich unserer Produkte und Dienstleistungen im B2B-Bereich
- Aktives Testen neuer Funktionalitäten und Features in Absprache mit dem Produkt Team
- Überprüfung der Realisierbarkeit von Kundenwünschen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen
- Unterstützung und Beratung unseres 1st-Level-Supports
- Eskalationsbearbeitung und kreative Problemlösungen

**Erfahrungen**:

- Kaufmännische oder touristische Ausbildung, gerne auch Quereinsteiger aus der Hotellerie, dem Reisebüro oder der Tourist-Information oder SAAS Erfahrung
- Präzise, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, strukturiertes Arbeiten, lösungsorientiertes Denken, hohe Lernbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, ausgeprägte Internet
- und Technikaffinität
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
