The company is an interesting agency start up in the personal branding industry focusing on social media platforms.

Aufgaben

You will work directly on the growth of our company by optimizing our customer base. You will work closely with your team of Account Managers and the management team. For sure, you will contribute your own experience and knowledge.
- You are a key part in shaping vision and mission of the agency
- As Head of Account Management, you take a central role in devising the company’s strategy and execute on it together with the management team
- Take responsibility in our customer project efforts together with your team
- Growth a team that has a lasting impact
- Take on scaling operations across all projects and customer interactions

Qualifikation
- You are an entrepreneur who excels on both highest level strategy and lowest level execution
- Taking decisions under pressure is your strong suit
- You have a true growth mindset
- 5+ years of working experience, incl. some years in management
- Your experience covers the management of processes and operations
- You spent some part of your career in digital companies or agencies
- Degree in business management, economics or MINT
- German and English
