As the Senior Spokesperson (f/m/d) for the CEO of Siemens AG, you will play a crucial role in shaping and managing the perception of Siemens' leadership on a global scale. Your primary objective will be to craft and deliver compelling narratives that underscore the CEO's vision and strategy for Siemens, strategically positioning the CEO among key stakeholders, including the media. Through effective storytelling, proactive media engagement, and the development of a robust executive communication framework, you will enhance the company's brand identity and support the CEO's role as a prominent leader in the technology sector.

**Make a difference**
- In this dynamic role as the Spokesperson for the CEO of Siemens AG, your strategic focus is on positioning the CEO prominently within German and international finance and business media.
- You build and nurture relationships with key journalists, ensuring effective placement of our narratives in high-impact publications.
- Your responsibilities are to encompass the crafting of clear, concise, and compelling materials that provide well-defined sound bites and preparing the CEO for media engagements on both technology and innovation topics as well as global political, economic and critical issues.
- You diligently monitor the global environment for sensitive topics, flagging and addressing them proactively.
- Your responsibilities include screening and prioritizing media inquiries.
- You will collaborate extensively with internal stakeholders, including broader communications functions, Government Affairs, investor relations and others, thriving in a challenging and dynamic environment.
- You understand AI's potential and integrate this technology as a natural assistant in your workflow, enhancing efficiency and foresight.

**Your** defining qualities**
- ** Education**
- Masters' degree in humanities or equivalent
- ** Experience & Skills**- Many years of professional experience advising and positioning C-suite executives with clear, cohesive messaging.
- Strong knowledge of the media landscape and channels, with a solid network of key journalists in the financial and business sectors.
- Extensive and proven experience in developing clear, simple, and memorable messages.
- Solid experience in managing complex projects, including coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
- ** Ways of working**- You are result-oriented, highly disciplined, and adhere to strict ethical and compliance standards, especially regarding handling sensitive information.
- Strong research and fact-checking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a larger executive communications team and a proven team player.
- ** Languages**
- Strong English and German proficiency are required.
