About the role

At Ryte, we have committed ourselves to optimize the website user experience that businesses provide to their customers. In order to do this, we have developed a platform for sustainable, secure, and high-performing websites.
As an addition to our CRM and Marketing automation team we are looking for a Working Student CRM (M/F/d).

Roles & Responsibilities
- You lead special projects, activate and maintain data integrations and contribute to our reporting infrastructure by building dashboards and assisting in documenting processes and refining requirements
- You provide support for the on
- and off-boarding of new employees in our tools
- You are responsible for managing and developing special interest topics and additional development projects for the CRM team, bringing best practices and innovative approaches to Salesforce
- You are responsible for troubleshooting and supporting existing systems (Aircall, Salesloft, Cognism, Leadfeeder, Demodesk, PandaDoc, JIRA, Confluence, Slack)
- You identify and proactively address potential changes resulting from Salesforce feature releases

Required skills & Expertise
- Are you currently an active student in the field of business administration, economics marketing or similar studies
- You have a data-oriented approach to work and are comfortable working with data (knowledge of SQL and SOQL is appreciated)
- You have practical experience in Salesforce administration (with a focus on automation and reporting) and a basic knowledge of managing a wide range of tools and integrations
- An initial experience with Pardot is appreciated but not mandatory
- You enjoy working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers with a high level of empathy
- You have excellent communication skills in English
