**Details of the role and how it fits into the team**

The Risk Lead will act as interface to various stakeholders in the Chief Security Office (CSO) and outside to support managers in CSO Information Security Production Services (IS PS) throughout the entire Audit Lifecycle. He or she will be working with managers and SMEs across IS PS to deliver aspects of the Risk and Control strategy related to Auditing by DB’s Internal Audit department as well as DB’s statutory Auditor EY and other external Auditors. He or she will also liaise with other Risk Leads in CSO to assure the integration of risk initiatives and projects.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Coordinates with these stakeholders during & post audit field-work, during Action & Finding closures, for any regulatory inspections across the globe, for Group ISEC Jour Fixes ISPS forums & Group IT Security Jour Fixes
- Manages key stakeholders such as Finding Owners & Senior Management within CSO/ISPS, CSO/ERT team, CISO Reg Team, Central Authority Function (CAF), Auditors, EY & GA, SMEs across CSO, Principal TISOs, Divisional ISOs, etc.
- Performs review of various GFMS related documents, such as Action & Finding Closures, Target Date Extension, Risk Acceptance, etc.
- Keeps track of the various target dates of Finding & Action closures, follows-up with the relevant owners to ensure avoidance of going Overdue
- Collects agenda, prepares decks for, and conducts monthly forums such as Audit Review with ISPS Senior Management, Group ISEC Jour Fixes ISPS forums & Group IT Security Jour Fixes across the CSO divisions and summarises agreements & actions as part of minutes of the meetings

**Your skills and experiences**
- Well versed with Audit methodology and thinking, understands Audit terms and can translate them
- Strong focus on detail, performs well under high time pressure, used to work in an international environment with stakeholders around the globe
- Skilled in organizing and moderating meetings, can summarize complex matters to outline results and actions
- Strong MS Office skills, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English and German
