**Business Overview**:
MACDERMID ENTHONE INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS

**Job Purpose**:

- To develop, implement, and administer the global strategy for Automotive customer loyalty, quality, and performance programs to support the growth of ESI’s businesses that serve the Automotive Market.
- To develop a market-recognised name and new, recognisable logo related to the ESI group
- Support of the ESI Automotive Management Team.

**Responsibilities**:
Mapping, Management, Process, Administration
- Identify and compare the existing quality systems of COVENTYA and MEIS, highlight commonalities and overlaps, decide on the best joint future process.
- Implementation of a quality system that is highly trusted by OEMS and confirms first-class processes to suppliers.
- Creating a market strategy including recognised name and new, recognisable logo related to the ESI group
- Development of a customer loyalty program handbook including:

- Process description
- Process flow chart
- Develop a uniform audit procedure and train the staff
- Administration of the newly implemented system, support the auditors and interface to other involved departments
- Expansion of the system to the other business groups, i.e. battery systems, ADAS, etc.
- Assessment of Automotive Market Data and preparing reports and statistics out of this data, to support the mission of the Director for Global Automotive Customer Loyalty
- Completed commercial education
- Independent work and own initiative
- Excellent communication skills

- Reliable and sensitive handling of confidential company data and information
- Multi-Lingual, international business
- Mastery of Office software (Word, Excel, Power-point)
- Knowledge of Adobe software ln-Design
