Your role

You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Salesforce platform to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Salesforce platform, including user management, data management, and system configuration
- Design and implement customizations and enhancements to meet business requirements
- Work in close collaboration with a variety of different teams, such as Customer Consulting, Location Sales, Product and IT to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance metrics
- Support end-users with troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Maintain data quality and integrity by implementing data governance policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on new Salesforce features and functionality, and make recommendations for process improvements and automation opportunities
- Assist with the development and implementation of Salesforce training programs for end-users

What we like
- 2+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role in a fast-paced environment, such as a startup or consultancy
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency with Salesforce configuration, workflows, and automation tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- German skills are a plus, but not necessary
