**About the Company**

**Role Summary**

You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for the company's Capital Markets & Advisory business in Europe. In addition to Risk & Compliance, you will also take on the role of Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) and provide compliance support for Group investment business activities and regulatory due diligence for M&A activities.

**Responsibilities**

Investment Firms Compliance Oversight:

- Develop and maintain the compliance framework, including regulatory licensing arrangements, policies, and procedures.
- Establish and maintain anti-financial crime framework and risk management framework.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and staff training obligations.
- Coordinate regulatory compliance monitoring activities and reporting.

Group Investment Business Compliance Support:

- Provide analysis and advice on regulatory strategy for Group investment activities in Europe.
- Support regulatory due diligence for Group M&A activity.
