**You will join our Business Finance team**

As a Controller (M/F/d) you will be part of a dynamic team that provides financial consulting and cost controlling for Ramboll Germany.

You will get the opportunity to influence how you, your assignments and your area of responsibility develop and be a crucial differentiator for the success of the Global Support Operations working with controlling on both a strategic and operational level in close dialogue with the team and management in the functions.

Your primary activities in the job will be:

- Execute cost controlling, reporting and month-closing:

- Run the financial project controlling, budgeting & forecasting
- Participate actively and lead meetings at annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
- Cost analysis and input for business cases and agreements
- Conduct monthly Introduction meetings to the new RSO staff in Germany & Denmark
- Be a stand-in for the other members of the team

The position requires that you are able to work independently but also as a member of the team and that you take responsibility for processes and development of the functions that the team covers. - Relevant education e.g. Bachelor / Master or qualification in Business Administration, Controlling or similar with focus in Economics, Finance or Accountancy.
- First experience within Business Finance, where you have demonstrated ability to understand and communicate business financials to decision makers
- Strong knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong German and English language skills.
- Experience with PowerPivot, Power BI or Think Cell is an advantage.
- Proactive, willing to take responsibility, being able to work independently, take decisions and communicate effectively

You need to be structured in your approach to your assignments, be able to document decisions and agreements and communicate results, cause and effects and financials to non-finance employees and be comfortable with the consulting part of the Controller role. You need to have integrity and authority and to be flexible at times when circumstances demand it. You also need to be able to handle pressure in busy periods and a good understanding of processes.
