WOFÜR WIR SIE SUCHEN
- Volljurist (m/w/d) für den Zentralbereich Labour Law & Labour Relations der Rheinmetall AG
- Kompetente Beratung von Führungskräften und Personalabteilungen
- Arbeitsrechtliche Vertragsgestaltung und Standardisierung
- Erstellung und Verhandlung von (Konzern-) Betriebsvereinbarungen
- Arbeitsrechtliche Begleitung länderübergreifender M&A-Projekte (Due Diligence, Vertragsgestaltung etc.) und Restrukturierungen
- Begleitung internationaler Themen im arbeitsrechtlichen Bereich

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Arbeitsrecht in einer renommierten Rechtsanwaltskanzlei
- Mindestens ein Prädikatsexamen (staatlicher Teil)
- Optimalerweise Fachanwaltstitel Arbeitsrecht
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse im individuellen und kollektiven Arbeitsrecht
- Erfahrung in den oben genannten Themengebieten
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kommunikations
- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit über alle Hierarchieebenen sowie Verhandlungsgeschick
- Bereitschaft zur Steuerung und Prüfung operativer Themen im HR Bereich

Die Zulassung zum Syndikusrechtsanwalt (m/w/d) ist ausdrücklich erwünscht und wird unterstützt.
