**My duties** - Alignment of all construction activities - Safe, timely, high quality and cost-effective construction of the project - Lead and prepare detailed implementation timetables with input of the team members - Organize a proper working site equipment - Coordinate contractors during implementation phase (disciplinary responsibility; first contact) - Tracking contractor progress against budgeted estimates - Organize project meetings with the safety coordinator and contractor to align day-by-day work - Collaborate with internal and external teams to measure, monitor and report project progress and key metrics during execution phase to mitigate risk and increase performance of project - Promote a food - and people-safe work environment throughout the execution of the build project together with the safety coordinator **My qualifications** - Directly related work experience - Worked already 2 times as Construction Lead in projects (> 15 mln$) - Worked already 1 time as Construction Lead in a brownfield project (> 15 mln$) - Completed Construction Safety course - Fluent German and English skills (both verbal and writing) - Able to work in an international environment and a multicultural team - Able to work and lead outside comfort zone **My benefits** - Long Term Major Project - Follow up Projects - Innovative growth Company **About Hays** - Our many years of recruitment experience and our expert knowledge of the engineering job market make us a strong partner for engineers and technicians.
