For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting a**Head of Corporate Responsibility (M/F/d)**

Your new job includes
- As Head of Corporate Responsibility (M/F/d) you are responsible for the further development of the Corporate Responsibility performance of Gebr. Heinemann and the international subsidiaries. This implies the analysis and evaluation of the fundamental, long-term approaches for the company to achieve an appropriate, risk-based strategy for the CR area, in cooperation with the division management. In particular, you will- manage the Corporate Responsibility department and develop, motivate and lead your team of three employees*.
- develop and structure the CR goals for the coming years, also taking into account new regulatory challenges (supply chain legislation, CO2 emissions reduction, etc.) and derive and initiate new CR projects from these, e.g. in the areas of human rights, environment, emissions reduction, diversity, etc.
- raise awareness of CR issues among internal and external stakeholders and then convincingly implement the issues within the organization as well as in subsidiaries and joint ventures
- participate in international tenders and position the relevant CR content within the tender
- be the point of contact for all organizational units, sites and joint ventures with regard to CR-relevant projects (e.g. in tender processes, dialog with suppliers and customers on statutory CR requirements and on the implementation of GH's strategic sustainability goals)

What you should bring along
- successfully completed studies as well as several years of management and professional experience with a focus on CR issues, ideally in an international (trade) environment
- strong interest and knowledge concerning topics such as sustainability, human rights due diligence and corporate responsibility
- high level of management and methodological skills with regard to interdisciplinary and international project work as well as experience in managing external service providers
- strong stakeholder management skills, particularly in dialog with the various corporate divisions as well as with external interfaces (NGOs, authorities, associations and business partners)
- fluent knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- high degree of social competence and strong communication and negotiation skills
- willingness to travel internationally within the scope of approx. 30% per year
