Tasks

Building strong scientific partnerships with clients in long-term collaborations supporting their research endeavors by tailored solutions and ensuring the highest scientific standards
- Leading and mentoring the Mass Spectrometry & Proteomics group for personal growth as well as scientific and technological development
- Managing multiple proteomics projects and collaborating closely with clients as well as the other departments
- Driving the continuous development of the mass spectrometry platform by evaluating new technologies and approaches in the field, automating workflows and streamlining processes
- Building strong scientific partnerships with clients in long-term collaborations supporting their research endeavors by tailored solutions and ensuring highest scientific standards
- Collaborating closely with Business Development on scientific proposals for clients and on new business opportunities

**Requirements**:
Are you an enthusiastic proteomics scientist with a Ph.D. in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related discipline? Do you have a strong record in mass spectrometry
- based proteomics and several years of experience in Pharma, Biotech or CRO environments? Do you have in-depth knowledge of the latest LC-MS technology platforms, with hands-on expertise and a strong understanding of quantitative proteomic methods? Do you enjoy international multi-project management as well as leading and mentoring multicultural teams? Do you wish to thrive in a collaborative and open work environment, always ready to learn and contribute?
