Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem (Senior) Investigator (m/w/d) für unser Headquarter in Frankfurt (Gateway Gardens). In dieser Rolle sind Sie ein integrales Mitglied der konzerninternen Ermittlungsorgane, welche wiederum Teil des Teams Internal Audit sind. Hauptaugenmerk liegt dabei auf den Durchführungen umfassender Compliance-Untersuchungen.

**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Durchführung von internen Untersuchungen, insbesondere im Bezug auf Untreuetatbestände, Korruption, Betrug, Bilanzmanipulationen und wettbewerbsrechtliche Sachverhalte
- Länderübergreifende Koordination von Untersuchungen unter Führung von multikulturellen Teams vor Ort
- Abstimmung und Kommunikation mit anderen Fachbereichen, internationalen Anwaltskanzleien, Wirtschaftsprüfern und Behörden
- Selbstständige Aufarbeitung von Verdachtsfällen und Erarbeitung von Empfehlungen für Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Präsentation der Untersuchungsergebnisse und Schlussfolgerungen vor relevanten Gremien und Stakeholdern.

**Ihre Qualifikation**
- Sie haben einen Studienabschluss in Business, Wirtschaft oder Recht sowie mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in Compliance oder Revision, insbesondere in der Durchführung komplexer interner Untersuchungen
- Darüber hinaus verfügen Sie über einschlägige Erfahrung auf dem Gebiet der forensischen Buchführung
- Sie verfügen über ein tiefgreifendes Verständnis der relevanten rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen (beispielsweise Strafrecht, US FCPA und UK Bribery Act, Datenschutzrecht, Beweiserhebungstechniken)
- Idealerweise verfügen Sie über relevante berufliche Zertifizierungen (CFE, CPFAcct, CIA oder äquivalent)
- Verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache (in Wort und Schrift) runden Ihr Profil ab.
