**At a Glance**:
We are looking for a creative, passionate and entrepreneurial Marketing Specialist who will help build the On brand across EMEA through community building. This role focuses on the development of our Community strategy through connections with diverse industries and backgrounds, to ensure that On becomes the go-to brand on runners bodies and shapes run culture and movement in key cities. You will be involved in strategy building, planning and execution around our ambassador program, partnerships, retail activation and our charity program. You will collaborate with EMEA marketing teams, reporting on the impact of Community Marketing and develop actionable takeaways that inform the larger Marketing ecosystem.

We love getting to know our community and finding out what they want and need. We’re always looking for new, interesting ways to communicate our products - so if you have an idea that could be our new secret weapon, speak up and run with it (literally)

**Your Mission**:

- Drive awareness and brand desirability through our Community Marketing Pillars
- Support in building our ambassador program to champion local relevance and shape run culture
- Develop meaningful relationships with partners and ambassadors across various sectors that share our values and speak authentically about our brand
- Connect with Gen Z through impactful and diverse partnerships and activations
- Work cross-functionally with the product, influencer marketing, B2B, social and creative teams
- Support in making running and movement more diverse, inclusive and accessible

**Your Story**:

- You have a minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in marketing with a focus on community building and relationship/partner management.
- You can see the bigger picture, but you know it's the fine details that really matter.
- You can prioritise and coordinate between multiple projects simultaneously.
- You thrive when you don’t have all the answers and are able to work autonomously in order to turn ideas into reality.
- You are a strong communicator - with fluency in English. German language fluency is a plus.
- You are a true team player, understanding the importance of collaboration and compromise.
