This company is a world-class leader in design, manufacturing and marketing of Power Tools, Outdoor Power Equipment, and Floor Care and Appliances for consumers, professional and industrial users in the home improvement, repair, and construction industries.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
As a proactive member of an international service team you will be required to run an efficient operation delivering a first class support to the market in the technical area. This will consist of the survey of the market, definition of our standard and make sure we deliver the technical information on our service websites in collaboration with our Engineering department, as well legal, service and quality team. Before the launch of the new products, make sure all the necessary parts are defined (pricing, initial stock, availability period), the special tools and the documentation are available, trainings are provided. Plan, coordinate and execute service trainings to international teams. Develop new service training techniques / improve the actual ones / complete current library. Interest in implementation of new technologies appreciated. Create a proactive documentation in order to avoid repetitive questions concerning product service (FAQs). Build up an yearly service agenda. You will be the contact people for any question about issue on the service site
**WHAT YOU WILL NEED**
Graduated, you have a high sense of team spirit, experience in management of projects (IT, industry) good and easy contact, high ability to communicate.
You have interest in new technologies in IT and connected devices.
You are fluent in English.
You are able to travel in Europe and MEA.
