We are looking for a skilled and passionate Product Specialist who will help us to build successful hybrid-casual games.
Sunday is a young and successful startup that develops, publishes, and markets hybrid-casual mobile games. Our international team of around 50 developers, artists, game designers, marketers, and publishing managers reaches an audience of millions of players every day. Our goal is to become one of the leading mobile game companies worldwide within the next few years.
We receive immense support to achieve this goal through the AppLike Group. Our sister companies justDice, justtrack, adjoe and Tabbler provide us with cutting-edge marketing and advertising technology. Our growth is secured by a substantial investment from Bertelsmann, one of the biggest media companies worldwide.
**What you will do**:
- You will implement analytic events and use data insights to make well-informed decisions about game design, features, and monetization strategies
- You continuously monitor the performance of your games and make data-driven recommendations for adjustments to improve this performance
- You will conduct thorough market research to understand the trends, player preferences, and successful strategies of competitors
- You will analyze competitors' games to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats
- You will develop a comprehensive monetization strategy that combines both Rewarded Ads and In-App Purchases
- You will optimize the pricing and offerings of In-app Purchases to maximize revenue without compromising player satisfaction
- You will share your knowledge and best practices related to hybrid and casual game development with your team members
**Who you are**:
- You bring at least 2 years of experience of product management on hybrid-casual games
- You are highly analytical and find simple, creative solutions to complex problems
- You are constantly striving for more efficiency and creating structure comes naturally to you
- You have a natural desire to learn new things and grow your skill set
- You are very passionate about your work. If there is a problem, you are eager to take responsibility and solve it hands-on
