In unserem Team bist du als **Werkstudent Strategic Process Optimization (all genders)**ein wesentlicher Bestandteil eines erfahrenen Teams, das dafür verantwortlich ist, spannende Projekte zu begleiten und unser Produkt auf die Parkflächen zu bekommen.

- ** Unterstütze aktiv das Business**: Unterstütze das Operational Excellence Team bei täglichen Herausforderungen und treibe strategische Initiativen voran.
- ** Übernimm Verantwortung**: Von Beginn an trägst du Verantwortung für unsere Tools, hältst Abläufe am Laufen und schaffst neue Strukturen.
- ** Strategische Initiativen**: Zusammen mit deinem Team wirst du an strategischen Initiativen arbeiten, die direkten Einfluss auf den Erfolg des Departments und des Unternehmens haben.
- ** Hinterfrage und optimiere Prozesse**: Analysiere bestehende Abläufe kritisch, um effiziente und skalierbare Prozesse zu entwickeln.
- ** Entwickle dich weiter**: Du wirst im Austausch mit vielen verschiedenen Stakeholdern stehen und dadurch besonders gute Einblicke in Wemolo erhalten.

**Inspire us by**
- ** Akademischer Hintergrund**: Du absolvierst derzeit ein Studium im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Naturwissenschaften oder einem verwandten Bereich.
- ** Erste Praxiserfahrungen**: Du hast bereits relevante Praktika absolviert oder vergleichbare Erfahrungen gesammelt, idealerweise in einem dynamischen Umfeld, zum Beispiel einem Start-up.
- ** Hands-on-Mentalität**: Du siehst nicht nur Probleme, sondern arbeitest aktiv an Lösungen und übernimmst gerne Selbstverantwortung für deine Projekte.
- ** Technische Fähigkeiten**: Erfahrung im Umgang mit Tools wie G-Suite, Airtable, Salesforce oder Make ist von Vorteil.
- ** Sprachkenntnisse**: Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
- ** Office Culture**: Du bist während der Dauer des Praktikums in München.
