- We are now looking for a customer-oriented Specialist Supply (M/F/d) who feels comfortable in various cultural contexts to join our UPM Logistics Planning Sea, Rail & Container Fine Papers Team in Augsburg.

What you will do- Ensure perfect order fulfilment (order & delivery management)-
- Determine product availability-
- Plan and execute deliveries-
- Take responsibility for the order confirmation process, including the validation of order details-
- Take accountability for customs
- and documentation handling-
- Check order completion follow-up & corrective actions-
- Guarantee cost and service efficient logistics planning-
- Optimize payloads by taking safety considerations into account-
- Secure logistics capacity from service providers based on agreed allocations-
- Kick off spot sourcing inquiries and find alternative routings-
- Register Claims and non-conformances-
- Work pro-actively in deviation and exception reporting-
- Act as a link between Customer Service, Production Planning, Logistics Distribution and Inventory ManagementWho you are- You have a degree or other relevant professional qualification in Logistics-
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German, other languages are considered as an asset-
- You have at least four years of experience in operative Overseas Logistics-
- You have good knowledge of supply chain processes, customer business, Logistics Service provider handling and deep-sea operations-
- You are service-oriented and enjoy close cooperation with customers and Service Providers in various countries-
- You are a strong team player and have a ‘hands-on’ attitude-
- You have a goal-oriented mindset and enjoy solving complex tasks-

Position is scheduled for 2 years. Internal applicants with a permanent contract will of course remain so in this new role.
