Als Berliner Personalberatungsboutique suchen wir im Auftrag unseres Mandanten, ein Unternehmen - aus der Lifestyle-Branche in Berlin, nach der passenden Persönlichkeit für die Position des Finance Business Partner (gn). Aufgaben - übergeordnete Aufgaben im Finance - Sparringspartner des CFO - Mitarbeit an den Monats - und Jahresbabschlüsse nach HGB und IFRS - Budgetplanung und Cash-Flow Analyse - Management-Reporting - Rolling Forecasts, Soll-Ist-Abgleich, Abweichungsanalysen - Projektmanagement bei Financeprojekten - Weiterentwicklung von Financeprozessen Qualifikation - Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre - Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finance, insbesondere (Financial) Controlling - Allgemeines Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge - Prozess - und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten - sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, wünschenswert SAP - Eigenständige Arbeitsweise - verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und sehr gutes Englisch **Benefits**: sehr modernens Office im Herzen Berlins, flexible Arbeitszeiten, Homeoffice-Möglichkeit, eine intensive Einarbeitung, flache Hierachien, Weiterentwicklungsperspektiven, viele tolle zusätzliche Benefits wie z.B.
