Proclinical are partnering with a biotech corporation who are currently recruiting for an individual to join their team. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Frankfurt. The opening position is for a Director Biostatistics Process Excellence. The client is focused on improving the lives of many.

**Responsibilities**:

- Guide GBD process development initiatives to develop the optimal tactics to improve GBS effectiveness.
- Review quality measure analysis which involves performance development and documenting and offer suggestions to the GBS leadership team.
- Guarantee adherence to regulatory needs, such as ICH, FDA, EMA, etc., and GCP regulations.
- You will both develop and improve biostatistical procedures and standards linked to clinical trials.
- Other duties may be assigned to this role.

**Key Skills and Requirements**:

- Educated to an advanced degree level in a biostatistics or similar field.
- At least 15 years of experience working within a pharmaceutical/biotech organisation in a pertinent discipline such as biostatistics.
- At least 5 years of experience in a functional and/or disciplinary leadership position with a track record of leading a team.
- Comprehension of the drug development procedure with pertinent familiarity in statistics and statistical programming.
- Capability of distributing end-to-end process improvement initiatives from ideation to benefits realisation.
- Past involvement in a project management role and implementation of operational excellence ideas.
- Familiarity working with external parties and directing cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in the English language with knowledge in German would be beneficial.
