**KAISER+KRAFT**, a strong brand of TAKKT Group is seeking motivated individuals to join their team in **Germany **as **Scrum Master** to shape the future of work

You will possess a combination of technical, interpersonal, and leadership skills to effectively facilitate and guide the Scrum team through the agile development process.

**Tasks**:

- You will facilitate various Scrum events like Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. You should be adept at guiding discussions, ensuring equal participation, and keeping the team focused on the objectives of each event.
- You should coach the team in agile principles, practices, and the Scrum framework and mentor team members and other stakeholders in adopting and understanding agile methodologies.
- Conflicts can arise within the team or between team members and stakeholders. You have the ability to identify conflicts and facilitate constructive resolution, fostering a collaborative environment.
- You will serve the team by removing obstacles, providing necessary resources, and protecting the team from external disruptions. This requires a selfless attitude and a focus on enabling the team's success.
- Effective communication is crucial. You need to communicate progress, impediments, and other relevant information to the team, stakeholders, and the product owner. Clear communication ensures alignment and transparency.
- Understanding team members' perspectives, challenges, and needs is essential for creating a supportive and productive environment. Empathy helps build trust and rapport among team members.
- You will be skilled at identifying and addressing issues and bottlenecks that impede the team's progress. You work collaboratively with the team to find creative solutions.
- Monitoring and interpreting agile metrics, such as velocity and lead time, can provide insights into the team's performance and help identify areas for improvement. You will use data to make informed decisions.
- Encouraging the team to continuously improve by conducting retrospectives, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing changes to the process.

**Profile**:

- While not mandatory, having a technical understanding of the product (ERP systems) is beneficial.
- Managing the Scrum events and ensuring they are time-boxed effectively requires strong time management skills.
- Proven professional experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in complex system environments
- Very good working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Scrum of Scrums and frameworks such as SAFe.
- Experience in working with leaders and other stakeholders.
- Extensive change management experience.
- Confident with Azure DevOps and or Jira.
- Fluent in German and English
