**Logistics & Bookkeeping Associate (M/F/d)**
Our company has been a service provider for Trovan Ltd., a market leader in RFID solutions (identification/tracking using microchips) and intelligent sensor technology for 30 years.

The team in Cologne processes customer orders and manages the flow of goods worldwide in cooperation with its international partners in the USA, England and Europe. It ships to wholesalers and customers in almost every country in the world.

We offer onboarding for a team member with 1-10 years of work experience in logistics and/or accounting. Permanent employment contract, 24 days vacation/year.

**Your responsibilities**:You will support the day-to-day operations of a service provider. This includes:

- comprehensive customer service
- invoicing and auditing
- preparatory accounting (accounts receivable and payable, payment transactions, participation in the annual financial statement)
- order management
- warehouse management and purchasing
- product shipment between suppliers, warehouse and customers worldwide by sea freight, air freight, courier & truck through our logistics partners
- import, Export.

**Your qualifications**:

- German: Level B2
- excellent written and spoken English (C2)
- precise, structured way of working in administrative and accounting tasks
- friendly, professional, problem-solving attitude on the phone and with colleagues
- efficient writing with the PC keyboard
- 1-10 years of work experience in logistics, data entry, accounts receivable / accounts payable, or completed commercial training after high school graduation
- willingness to learn new processes and to always carry them out consistently
- we are looking for a serious, reliable team member for long-term cooperation
- Car driving license
