Aufgabenbereich

In dieser Position tragen Sie maßgeblich zur Profitabilität des gesamten Unternehmens bei und zeigen sich verantwortlich für folgende Aufgaben:

- Unterstützung und Beratung des Vertriebs bei der Preisfindung neuer Produkte
- Erstellen marktbezogener Pricing Analysen sowie Unterstützung beim Vertragsmanagement und der Weiterentwicklung von Policies
- Weiterentwicklung der aktuellen Pricing Reportings in Zusammenarbeit mit Controlling und Vertrieb
- Erstellen von Forecasts und Budgets sowie Aufbereitung von Informationen für die monatlichen, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüsse der internationalen Zentrale
- Durchführung von AdHoc
- Analysen oder wiederkehrenden Auswertungen zur Analyse spezieller Vertragsbestandteile und neuer Produkte
- Aufbereitung der Parameter zur Messung der Rentabilitätskennzahlen sowie eigenständige Abstimmung mit allen Fachbereichen bei der jährlichen bzw. quartärlichen Planung der Rentabilität
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von regelmäßigen Pricing Committees
- Technische Überwachung, Implementierung und Entwicklung von Pricing-Systemtools innerhalb der Organisation
- Erarbeitung von Markt
- und Wettbewerbsanalysen für das Management

Qualifikationen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Master) der Betriebswirtschaft, Finance, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Mathematik oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling und/oder Pricing eines Konzernunternehmens
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie prozessorientiertes Denken und Handeln
- Ausgeprägte Ziel
- und Ergebnisorientierung, gepaart mit einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative und der Bereitschaft, proaktiv Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und sicheres Auftreten
- Hervorragende Excel-Kenntnisse, idealerweise mit fundierter Erfahrung in der Programmierung, vorzugsweise SAS oder SQL
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
