For our client in Berlin-Brandenburg we are looking for a temporary employee for 6 months, an extension is entirely possible. The Answer Bar Representative (m/w/d) is our clients Brand Ambassador. They will provide excellent customer service to all employees in the areas of HR, Benefits, Payroll, IT, and Stock programs. The mission is to make HR available for everyone; give it a face, voice, and a place to go.

Tasks
- Provide friendly customer service to employees seeking HR assistance
- Be the key point of contact for employees and new hires
- Be able to provide assistance and answer general basic employment-related questions regarding HR, payroll, benefits, stock, HR policies and procedures
- Assist with payroll and benefit enrollment
- Guide employees to the right resources i.e. Safety, Security, Facilities, HR, etc.
- Assist with roll-out of HR policies and procedures and other ad-hoc projects

**Requirements**:

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a rapidly changing environment
- Bachelor’s degree or 1-3 years in experience and evidence of exceptional ability
- Positive, professional, and friendly demeanor
- Excellent English and German speaking and writing skills, other languages are a plus
- Familiarity with HR Information systems
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be a team player and able to develop positive working relationships across all levels and functions
- High respect for employee confidentiality
