**Your tasks**:

- Creation and Maintenance of Clinical Development Plans
- Strategic and scientific planning and development of early and late phase clinical activities from protocol design to final reporting with special emphasis on PK/PD
- Interactions with key opinion leaders
- Lead and coordinate external suppliers, such as CROs or external consultants from setting the scope of work to delivering on agreed upon objectives
- Project planning and monitoring of timelines as well as budgets for early development department
- Medical writing of regulatory (e.g. investigators brochures) and scientific documents (e.g. publications)

**Your profile**:
Minimum of 5-7 years relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry.
PhD in medicine or science, or a master degree in medicine, science or comparable education.

Relevant Skills & Knowledge:

- Good working knowledge of clinical trial design and conduct
- GCP
- Medical writing of regulatory and scientific documents
- Management of external vendors
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Attention to detail
- Ability to connect with internal departments and external partners
- Proven track record in innovation and development
- Excellent Project Management Skills
- Good self-management
- Excellent communication skills

Language Skills:

- Business fluent in English.
- Fluency in German and/or other EU language is helpful

Desirable experience / education:

- Knowledge in critical care / anaesthesiology
- Pharmacokinetic / Pharmacodynamic simulation and modelling
