Fashion and lifestyle for millions of customers is our daily business in Customer Proposition department. Every customer who shops at Zalando should find their perfect products - whether shoes, têxtiles or accessories.
The Customer Proposition team is responsible for creating a trend-focused, profitable assortment. We are currently looking for a Working Student to join our **Private Label Buying**team for the **Footwear and Accessories** assortment.
**WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED**
- You support the team by comparing and entering order confirmations
- You are responsible for reviewing and maintaining system data (order and item master data)
- You process order confirmations in our internal merchandise management system
- You help resolve problem cases and ensure smooth communication across departments
- You manage and maintain data for our key styles
- You are in close contact with our buyers and purchasing assistants
- You support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks
**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
- You are currently a registered student (all genders welcome)
- You are interested in administrative and operational tasks
- You work with high attention to detail and accuracy
- You have strong organisational skills
- You are confident using PCs and standard software tools
- You have a high affinity for numbers and process-oriented tasks
- You enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment
