Senior Controller

**About the role**:

- Independent maintenance of the asset management
- Reconciliation of additions with accounting
- Conversion of asset management to monthly financial statements
- Preparation of timely monthly reports and variance analysis of the financial statements.
- Analysis of the monthly forecasts and of year to date actual-to-budget report.
- Support in the preparation of the annual budget.
- Review of Capex investments and project costs on a monthly basis.
- Supporting year end closing activities and external audit process in close interaction with the accounting department.

**Your profile**:

- Academic degree in Economics or Business Administration with financial/accounting background or similar qualification
- Good understanding of IFRS and HGB.
- Proven track record of controlling and finance reporting
- Very good English and German language skills (written and spoken)
- Experience with Google Sheets (G-Drive overall) preferable
- Knowledge of Lexware software
- Experience working in subsidiary reporting to a parent organization
- Availability to work with US based colleagues
- Organization skills and ability for problem solving
