- **Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Advisor Offshore Operations (all genders)** at our location Lehrte/ Ahlten who will contribute to this and that might be you?

**Your contribution to TenneT**:

- As HSE Advisor Offshore (all genders) you are responsible to support, advise and coach one of the Offshore execution areas in Operations in all HSE related topics. In close collaboration with your colleagues you drive our common Safety journey together, aiming zero harm to people and environment.
- In this role you provide **advice **and proactive **support **on **HSE related questions** incl. carring out HSE inspections.
- You ensure that **lessons-learned** (e.g. from incident investigations) are followed up in the area.
- You** support the responsible leaders** reg. their HSE tasks - e.g. on the process specific work related risk assessments or safety briefings and you provide HSE related documents/reports.
- In cases of incidents, you are part of the** incident investigation **team and support on the process (e.g. taking over the role as investigator).
- You give guidance and support on reporting requirements to authorities and also will take an **active part in meetings** with authorities.
- You participate and lead HSE **workshops **and trainings with different participants (internal+external)

**Your profile and background**:

- This position requires an **academic working** and **thinking level **and a relevant **university degree** preferable in Safety, Health and Enviroment. Alternatively you have a comparable qualification.
- You are **experienced as HSE Manager/Advisor** and you have worked as HSE Manager/advisor in a company for several years.
- You are **passionated about Safety, Health and Environment** and focussing on improving and keeping HSE on a high level to ensure that everyone working for TenneT can return safe at home.
- You have profound **working experience **in the field offshore/oil and gas or maritime surrounding.
- You have professional **communication skills **and you show independence, initiative, and the ability to work in a team. This is for you just as natural as strong communication skills and very **good English and German skills**.

- Grid Field Operations is executing Field Operations, Maintenance and (Baseload) Projects. We ensure the integrity and safety of our assets entrusted to us, while also ensuring their maximum availability. We make sure that the onshore grids of TenneT is reliable in Germany and the Netherlands.**Additional information**:
