**Service Support Specialist (M/F/d)**:

In this role, you will be responsible for effectively addressing customer inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience in our Motion Division. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the availability of spare materials at our customers' locations. Your focus will be on providing satisfactory solutions and promoting a positive customer experience. Your primary location is Minden, Germany.

**This position reports to**:
Manufacturing Unit Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the availability of spare materials in the exchange warehouses at the customer's site
- Coordinating warranty cases, which include the coordination of pickup orders of defective materials and shipment of replacement materials to exchange warehouses at the customer's site
- Maintaining the master data for the service materials and the exchange warehouses
- Creating reports for warranty cases
- Working closely with the relevant departments such as the Repair Center, Forwarding Agency, Warehouse, Shipping, as well as Sales and Project Management
- Monitoring the status of orders and involvement in parts of the order process from creation to invoice approval and billing
- Ensuring that customer concerns are resolved and providing support in the event of a necessary escalation
- Guaranteeing positive customer experiences, keeping customers informed and clarifying any ambiguities
- Observing the entire process and trends in requests and identifying potential for improvement

**Your background**:

- Degree in economics, a related field, or commercial training, preferably accompanied by professional experience
- Sound knowledge of SAP (MM, SD) is required
- Knowledge in the service area
- Basic knowledge and experience in customer service
- Technical understanding is desirable, preferably in the field of drive technology
- Agile and proactive approach, with a proven ability to take responsibility for custom-er issues
- Ability to work in a team, solution-oriented approach as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken, with good English proficiency
