**The Role**:
Experienced Digital Marketing specialist to create fresh, engaging digital marketing campaigns that inspire action while maintaining consistency in the expression of our Brand in all digital marketing channels. Develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Be aware about our customer’s journey on the website**.**

Key Responsibilities
- Strong skills in campaign deployment, in the areas of branding, buying banners, sponsored links or keywords (Google AdWord, Bing, etc.)
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
- Create original campaigns that drives target audiences to action and manage all areas of digital marketing & social media distribution (keep the process with a campaign plan calendar)
- Monitor analytics, audience sentiment, social media trends, brand awareness and online reputation
- Develop a social media strategy and plan on different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Glassdoor) This includes scheduling content, management and optimizing all posts for reach and engagement
- Stay up to date with viral trends, best practices and technologies
- Work closely with all members of the performance marketing team and our regional marketing team on campaigns and branding across all platforms
- Participate in projects including advertising campaigns, all forms of social media, digital marketing and creating new Landing pages

**Qualifications**:

- Completed Studies/ university in Marketing with focus on Digital marketing or online marketing, graphic design or comparable direction.
- Very good knowledge of SEO / SEA / SoMe and their tools (Facebook, Google Analytics, GSC, Sistrix + AdWords, Excel) as well as content management systems like Storyblok
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Project management skills (budget management, meeting deadlines, organization, etc.)
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Agile working style and good communication skills to work effectively with all stakeholders
- Fluency in English
