School Cleaner

**ROLE PURPOSE**:
English Path is seeking a dedicated School Cleaner to join our team. We are committed to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our students and staff.
**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Follow the cleaning checklist diligently to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
Perform regular tasks such as hoovering carpeted areas, mopping tiled and laminate floors, and dusting.
Scrub, clean and disinfect sinks, basins, and toilets.
Restock dispensers in bathrooms and kitchen area.
Emtpy the coffee machine and run the automatic cleaning routines.
Wipe down tables, whiteboards, skirting boards, bannisters, and all other surfaces.
Empty bins, replace liners, and ensure proper disposal of rubbish.
Carry out deep cleaning of fridges, sinks, and other designated areas.
Clean and disinfect the kitchen area.
Ensure windows and doors are properly locked at the end of each shift.
Perform general sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping throughout the premises.
Maintain a neat and tidy appearance of all areas.
Polish surfaces as necessary.
Clean windows and glass surfaces as required.
**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**:
Proven experience in cleaning and maintenance.
Ability to follow cleaning schedules and guidelines.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that may require lifting and bending.
Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning.
Strong time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**HOURS AND REMUNERATION**:
5 days per week, 17:30-19:30 (2 hours)
Rate: €13 per hour
