**What we are current**ly working on**:
Carealytix is creating the next generation of digital health software in nephrology. Our product development portfolio ranges from classic mobile app development to EHR integration, IoT device integration and exciting research partnerships with universities, e.g., in Digital Therapeutics.

We are currently working on building new features and integrations for Mizu our app for people living with chronic kidney disease (CKD). Together with our doctors and developers, we are focussing on releasing exciting new features with clear benefits for doctors and patients. In doing so, we are getting one step closer to realizing our long-term vision of providing every person living with a chronic condition with the best possible, personalized care.

**Working with us / your role**:
Coordinate supplier processes and interact directly with doctors, patients with whom we grow and maintain both client
- and research partnership relationships

Take responsibility for accounting & finance processes and coordinate payments

Ownership of access management and other tools in an ISO-13485 certified company

Coordinate HR processes such as monthly salary payments, employee development and recruiting

Organize our regular company events, both internal (e.g., Strategy Days or fun team events) and external (e.g., medical congresses)

Coordinate and support various product-related topics such as comprehensive and regular user testing, project management, etc.

Additionally: if you have prior (digital) marketing experience, we are open to discuss expanding your role also into coordinating our regular newsletters, optimizing user communication and retention with our existing user base and more.

Work in healthcare, directly with physicians, nurses, and patients on building maximally user-centric, yet medical-grade software products

**What we are looking for**:
2-3 years of previous work experience in a professional environment, ideally in functions such as finance & accounting and/or supplier management and/or human resources

A passion for process-driven roles, project management and execution

Strong project management skills

An eye for streamlining efficiency & process improvements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Curiosity and eagerness to learn

Working proficiency in English AND fluency in German

Additionally, you’ll connect bonus points for:
Previous experience in controlling & budgeting

Familiarity with processes required for ISO-13485 and ISO-27001 certified companies
