To expand our market share, we are looking for a Branch Leader (f/m/d) for our software products Plant iT & brewmaxx in the process automation sector. If you are looking to further professionalize our Branch and to break new ground, then we should get to know each other

ProLeiT is a process control software & system provider for industrial automation for Food & Beverage, Chemical and Pharmaceutical industries acquired by Schneider Electric on 2020 with strategic intent to significantly improve our Industrial Automation position in targeted F&B segments with potential synergies in Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals by prescription power with the top leaders in this industry. ProLeiT is extremely strong in project business. This acquisition has also enhanced our software platform by AVEVA delivering an integrated offer.

Headquartered in Germany, ProLeiT operates in 8 international locations and has developed a growing and profitable business in Software. ProLeiT has a portfolio of strategic accounts generating a robust pipeline in the Dairy & Beverages segment. They also provide integrated Manufacturing Execution and Process Control Systems for the Dairy & Beverages segments. ProLeiT, operated as a verticalized business, is reporting to Digital Factory, part of Industrial Automation Business.

**Your work field**:

- You are **responsible for a deep understanding of the market**, competitors and opportunities and create a culture of insight and dive deep into **customer understanding**.
- You understand customer, influencer, and executive personas, their goals and challenges to **spearhead GTM strategy for multiple geographies and industry verticals** which drive global demand for our products, services, and solutions.
- Moreover, you **formulate sales strategy** for achieving own targets by managing sales opportunities and pipelines and **generate sales funnels with your team.**:

- In addition, you focus on **developing new end-users**; increase penetration of assigned end-users in assigned target markets.
- You work with the team to **develop a winning culture** **and embed** a culture of accountability in daily activities.
- After all you communicate efficiently and effectively to whole stakeholders. Thus, you **establish strong relationships with SE countries**, **system integrators and process OEMs.**
