** Visual Merchandiser (M/F/d)**

Reports To: Senior Visual Merchandising Manager

Based At: Ingolstadt Village

**SUMMARY**:
We are looking for an innovative
**Visual Merchandiser **(M/F/d)
** **to assist in generating sales through creative retail displays that captures our guests’ attention, with the goal of providing an excellent in-Village and in-store experience. You will employ visual merchandising principles to convert window shoppers into prospects by driving branding and sales objectives in order to maximize profitability.

To be successful as a
** Visual Merchandiser** (M/F/d) you must ensure our store’s visual appearance is maintained to the highest standard, at all times.

As our
**Visual Merchandiser**, you are responsible for the styling, trend trainings for each monthly store managers meetings and have no issue in organizing trainings with our boutique staff. You are overall responsible for the Village windows, in
- store and brand events set up.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Guide and support both the boutiques and the retail team with creative visual merchandising and presentation to increase sales through visual excellence and constant variety of product and window display.
- Act as the key liaison and contact person for any creative actions or goals in the boutiques, both in-store and windows.
- Provide support as needed for specific merchandising action/installation for any boutique requested by Senior VM Manager
- Review Village’s retail/marketing calendar to help to proactively plan merchandising actions with the stores. Guide the team on the creative direction of the season and support them with all seasonal events/actions.
- Responsible for the P.O follow up
- Third part supplier communication and follow up orders.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**:

- Previous experience in a visual role ideally working with luxury brands
- A solid commercial understanding of how good VM standards can positively impact on sales
- Ensures and follow up Visual Standards are maintained across all the stores in the village
- Dresses and styles window and instore visual displays in accordance with Brand Guidelines
- Assembles or dismantles window or instore visual displays, where necessary
- Identifies opportunities, issues and needs within retail stores, puts forward recommendations
- Monitors commercial performance of our windows and podiums
- Prioritises focus stores and provides VM support for them when required
- Looks after all VM Products and Equipment in allocated stores
- Help store teams to increase their understanding of how to maintain a good visual standard in their windows and on the shop floors.
- Confident liaising with people at all levels within the Business

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Experience in an Visual Merchandising Role where the ability to meet & exceed targets has been demonstrated
- A comprehensive Retail and Creative background
- Passion and Knowledge of the Brand & the ability to represent the Brand's attributes
- Commercial mind-set
- Ability to be flexible & adaptable to the need of the business
- Team player & building relationships
- Willingness to constantly learn & develop
- Computer skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.
- German and English, any other languages are benefitial
