**Your Mission**:
As Team Leader Channel Marketing C&C (M/F/d) you will lead the Channel Marketing Team C&C within the Marketing Department. Together with your team of 5, you will look after our customers and thus gain a strategic overview. As this is a fast-moving market, you develop and plan marketing activities on a daily basis and can thus bring creative ideas into your daily routine.

**What you will do**:

- Define and ensure responsibilities, deputising arrangements, regular exchanges and team reporting
- Develop and implement local marketing plans
- Support retail/online customers
- Implement marketing activities in cooperation with the central and local marketing teams
- Create marketing materials and communications
- Organise and participate in events (congresses, trade fairs, forums, etc.)
- Planning and implementing social media activities in cooperation
- Reporting competitor activities in all relevant marketing channels
- Monitoring the sales pipeline in the CRM system
- Ensuring lead generation and data qualification
- Build and communicate an understanding of the sales business plan and develop plans to support target achievement
- Monitor the success of marketing activities using KPI/ROI analysis and produce appropriate reports
- Monitor local channel marketing funds to support sales activities
- Further development of local marketing processes

**What we ask for**:

- Degree in marketing/business or professional experience in channel marketing
- several years of professional experience
- Experience in the event sector is desirable
- Knowledge of digital publishing is an advantage
- Fluency in written and spoken English and German
