**What you'll do**

Sales Support:

- Lead Generation: Research and identification of potential customers, contacting potential customers, qualification of leads
- Acquisition: Creating proposals, presenting products and services
- Customer Care: Supporting existing customers, answering questions, solving problems
- Marketing Support: Creating marketing materials, conducting market research, participating in trade shows and events

Administrative Tasks:

- Data Maintenance: Updating customer databases, maintaining CRM systems
- Scheduling: Scheduling appointments with customers and sales representatives, organizing meetings
- Reporting: Creating sales reports, analyzing sales figures

Other Tasks:

- Collaboration in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Support in launching new products and services
- Assistance in conducting training and education sessions

**What you bring**
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Language skills: “fluent in German, both written and spoken, fluent in English

**Meet your team**

As a working student (f/m/d) in Sales for SAP New Customer Sales, you will help to further develop SAP's sales in line with our ‘Cloud First’ strategy. Our goal is to expand the SAP footprint with companies in the industry that are categorised as growth customers. You will work in our SAP sales team as a fully integrated team member and support your colleagues primarily with internal processes, e.g. for preparing quotations. This also includes customer research activities and helps our Account Managers to address customers in a more targeted manner. If you are interested, you are welcome to expand your role and take your first steps as an Account Manager.This is a SAP global, strategic, paid working student position that provides students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.
