Senior Data Scientist

**Your mission**:
- Develop pragmatic data strategies and implement algorithms in order to provide personalized psychological mental support for our users
- Design a data roadmap and architecture, experiment with AI and ML algorithms, take ownership of data science projects and bring features to production
- Understand user requirements and use your knowledge to explore how data science and machine learning could solve these problems
- Work closely with the CTO to identify data related risks and challenges and drive the data strategy of the company
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from Design, Product Management, Engineering, and the CTO to define a roadmap, different features, and iteration scope using agile methodologies
**Your profile**:
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a data scientist (M/F/x) or ML engineer (M/F/x)
- Fluency in a programming language (e.g. Python)
- Professional experience with neural networks and recommender systems
- Experience with clustering algorithms
- You have a growth mindset and are excited to help your colleagues grow, always thinking of the team before yourself
- The startup world and culture is not completely new to you; you have already had the chance to gain working experience in a young and dynamic compan
- Fluent in English spoken and written
