As our new HR Business Partner (M/F/d), you’ll be at the heart of it all—supporting leaders, developing people, and strengthening our unique company culture. **What You Bring to the Team**:

- ** Experience & Passion** - You bring at least 3 years of experience in HR management, ideally in a Business Partner role, where you thrived on both strategic and operational HR. You enjoy working closely with leadership, driving cultural transformation, and making a real impact.
- ** Empathy & Influence** - You know how to connect with people at all levels, inspire change through coaching and collaboration, and provide clear, constructive feedback that empowers employees and leaders alike.
- ** Vision & Action**- You think big but also love getting things done. You take ideas and turn them into real, tangible outcomes, always keeping an eye on the bigger picture.
- ** HR Knowledge & Integrity** - You have a solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices and use this expertise to ensure compliance while keeping processes people-centric. You bring integrity, empathy, and a collaborative spirit to your work.
- ** Communication & Energy**- You bring positivity, clarity, and confidence when engaging with leaders and employees. Your strong communication skills help you foster trust, alignment, and a shared vision.
- ** Language & Agility** - You’re fluent in English (German is a big plus) and feel at home in an international, dynamic workplace. You embrace change with a proactive mindset and love optimizing HR processes to enhance efficiency.
