- ave passed your undergraduate studies (Bachelor) with excellent results and are c**urrently enrolled in your master studies in business administration, industrial engineering or a related field of study A**:
- lready gained some r** e**levant work experience, preferably in process management or consulting A**:
- re s**elf-driven and comfortable with a high degree of freedom while executing tasks S**:
- how a c**reative mindset thinking out of the box and always eager to try out new concepts A**:
- re e**nthusiastic, show entrepreneurial spirit and strong interpersonal skills P**:
- ossess v**ery good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint A**:
- **re comfortable working with data ,** e.g. in Tableau or PowerBI a**nd have a good level of visualization skills H**:

- **orking part-time: T**he focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week. P
- **roper students (according to the German law) are welcome: Y**ou must be enrolled and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave. Y
- **ou should live close to the site: I**t is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
