**Deine Aufgaben**
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für alle teaminternen Interaktionen zu Support-Themen - denn unsere Kunden sind unser wertvollstes Gut.
- Du spielst eine aktive Rolle bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres Support-Teams und der Infrastruktur - immer mit Blick auf effiziente und kundenorientierte Lösungen.
- Du sorgst für höchste Kundenzufriedenheit durch exzellenten Support und direkte Kundeninteraktionen.
- Du leitest unser engagiertes In-House-Support-Team (technischer Support & Online-Shop-Support).
- Du arbeitest eng mit externen Servicepartnern zusammen.
- Du hilfst bei der Konzeption und Implementierung neuer Support-Technologien wie KI-Chatbots.
- Du überwachst KPIs und berichtest regelmäßig über die Ergebnisse.

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Du hast Erfahrung im Kundenservice, idealerweise im Bereich Webshop-Support.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch - weitere europäische Sprachen sind ein Plus.
- Du stellst Kundenzufriedenheit immer in den Mittelpunkt deines Handelns.
- Du hast eine „Continuous Improvement“-Mentalität und suchst stetig nach Optimierungsmöglichkeiten.
- Du verfügst über starke Führungs
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
- Du denkst lösungsorientiert und arbeitest gerne mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen.
- Du hast eine Affinität zu technischen Produkten und bringst ein gutes technisches Verständnis mit.
