**What you'll do**
- Support in project Flex Workspace, working in internal teams
- Structure and maintain a Teams Platform
- Set Up & Log Meetings and follow up on Dates
- Correspondence in German and English
- Assist in updating the communication channels within the project

**What you bring**
- Student (w/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: business, economy, communication sciences, information technology
- Very good written and spoken knowledge of German and English (English is company language)
- Structured and autonomous way of working, quality awareness, speed of understanding, flexibility
- Affinity for innovative technology, IT tools
- Comprehensive knowledge of the MS Office package (in particular: Outlook, MS Teams, Excel)
- Engagement, accountability, and teamwork
- Initial work experience is an advantage (for example: internship)
- Desirable: experience working in large enterprises

Global Real Estate & Facilities (GRF) is responsible for SAP’s global real estate portfolio and operational facility management (FM). We understand ourselves as an innovative and reliable partner of the business within SAP and develop world-class workplace and infrastructure solutions that are aligned with SAP’s values.

Our various departments process tasks in the areas of building management, services, real estate and construction management related to our office buildings, and data centers.

The SAP Global Real Estate & Facilities regional team in Germany is responsible for a total of approximately 100 buildings with an area of approximately 640,000 square meters at the SAP headquarters in Walldorf, in Berlin, Dresden, Eschborn, Hamburg, Munich, and St. Leon-Rot.#Workingstudent #Werkstudent #Germany #Deutschland #Student
