You will explore complex datasets, build intuitive dashboards, and help stakeholders make data-informed decisions that shape the future of procurement technology. **Your Stellar Role**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Business Operations, and Customer Success to gather requirements and deliver analytics that drive strategic decisions.
- Analyze user behavior, product performance, and operational efficiency across the company.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Metabase and Amplitude to track KPIs and business metrics.
- Translate complex data into clear and concise visualizations and presentations tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support ad hoc data requests and conduct exploratory analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

**Your Profile Requirements**
- You are currently enrolled in or have recently completed a degree in Statistics, Data Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- You have a genuine interest in working with data and enjoy drawing insights from it to tell compelling stories.
- You have initial experience with data analytics tools like Metabase, Amplitude, or similar (hands-on project or internship experience is a plus).
- You possess a strong analytical mindset and are comfortable with tools such as SQL, Excel, or Python/R.
- You are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- You can communicate your findings clearly in English—both verbally and in writing; German is a plus but not required.
