Tipico is looking for a ServiceNow System Administrator to join our team. Grow with us, introduce us to new ideas, and develop products that maximize the thrill of sports for our customers. Every day, you’ll work in a highly collaborative and agile environment with cross-functional team members to develop products and create technical solutions that push us forward.

**Your playing field**
- Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform, including user management, role assignments, and access controls
- Configure and maintain SLAs, catalog items, and associated workflows
- Develop and maintain internal technical documentation, manuals, policies, and processes
- Design, develop, and configure the ServiceNow platform to automate manual processes and create efficient digital workflows
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing support to end-users
- Create and maintain standard platform-level reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support enterprise-wide solutions using agile methodologies
- Proactively identify platform enhancements to maximize value and improve efficiency

**Qualifications** Which skills should you bring to the pitch**:

- ** Education and Experience.** Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- ** Verification. **Certified** **ServiceNow System Administrator
- ** Subject Matter Expert. **Minimum of 3 years of experience administering the ServiceNow platform in an enterprise environment
- ** Skills.** Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM concepts
- ** Language & Framework.** Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web service integrations (REST, SOAP)
- ** Issues are challenges for you.** Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
- ** Cloud expertise.** Knowledge in AWS
- ** Benefit.** ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
- ** Language skills. **You are fluent in English, and it would be an advantage if you had a working knowledge of German
- ** Nice-to-have.** Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools & ITIL v3 Certification1
