- **Member of the Managing Board** responsible for the
- **Area Western and Southern Europe (WSE).**

**Your next challenge**:
**Fast and straightforward resolution of all operative tasks in the day-to-day business, incl.**
- support of the Managing Board member in conceptual and strategic topics
- preparation of solid, meaningful decision papers for the Managing Board
- quick processing and presentation of ad-hoc topics
- excellent quality research, analysis and preparation of data and information

**Coordination of cooperation between local management and functions**
- Communication interface between the Area Managing Board and other Managing Board offices, Group Directors and the Management offices of our international subsidiaries
- Close cooperation with departments reporting to the Managing Board member (Germany, UK, France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, etc.)

**Involvement in other group-wide, international projects (all cross-functional)**

**Your profile**:

- Excellent university degree (Master / PhD) within regular study period
- Focus of studies: business administration, (industrial) engineering or natural sciences
- 1 - 2 years professional experience
- Semester spent abroad and/or international internships would be an advantage
- Dynamic, solution-oriented and results-driven working style
- Fast learner and good understanding of financial and technical issues
- Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with various levels of seniority and employees from different cultures
- Very good German and English, ideally supplemented by additional language skills, e.g. French
