For our client, Microsoft Deutschland GmbH, we are filling the following position with immediate effect for 18 months preferably for the Munich location:
Junior Partner Sales Support (M/F/d)

**Facts**

**Your Job Description**
- Work with the sales team, our Go To Market team, our channel partners and other vendors in the technology market to develop, scale & transform breadth device partners
- Support the Sales Team with administrative tasks such as creating marketing pitch decks and contracting related process management
- Onboard new partners into Microsoft’s tools, processes and programs
- Help partners develop initial selling and marketing strategies that are aligned to and relevant for Microsoft’s strategy
- Build understanding of the channel landscape, and develop a pipeline and hunting plan based on this

**Your qualification profile**
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent vocational experience required
- First experience in relevant business field desirable
- Good sales, marketing and analytical skills
- Ability to thrive in a corporate environment
- High level of motivation and energy, willingness to learn quickly
- Some knowledge of IT distribution and reseller channel business model preferred but not essential
- Passion for technology
- Proactive and generally optimistic, a well-structured self-starter/achiever who gets things done
- Resourceful, confident under pressure, with demonstrated skills in communication
- Growth mindset and ambition to drive results
- High proficiency in German and English, both verbally and written
