CVRx is entering an exciting phase as we launch Barostim - a transformative neuromodulation approach to treat heart failure in the US and globally.
CVRx is an international, publicly traded medical device manufacturer headquartered in Minneapolis (MN, USA). As a team at CVRx, we are at the forefront of innovative cardiovascular medical technology. With our Barostim neurostimulation system, we treat patients with heart failure or high blood pressure in over 20 countries worldwide. A profound reimbursement (DRG with additional fee) serves as the basis for our growth. To further expand the Barostim therapy, we are currently strengthening our sales team in Germany and are looking for:
Field Clinical Specialist (f/m/d) for the region of Lower Saxony and Schleswig-Holstein, residence ideally between Hanover and Hamburg
The position is responsible for:
- Providing substantive and technical advice to leading experts in the field of heart failure and hypertension on clinical therapy with Barostim
- Implant support in the operating room and follow-up care for patients in the clinic
- Technical support and troubleshooting for inquiries from clinical staff
- Implementation of training courses and advanced training events for clinical staff and doctors on therapy and clinical studies
- Active participation in trade fairs and congresses
- Support and close cooperation with the sales team at existing clinical customers with a focus on the heart team
Your profile:
- Completed training in the field of medical products or care
- Several years of experience in the medical device industry or clinical experience in the use of medical devices
- Ideally, you have experience and knowledge of products in the cardiological or cardiosurgical environment
- You are familiar with the structures and processes in the hospital and in the operating room
- You have a pioneering spirit and are extremely customer and service-oriented
- You have strong communication skills, are goal-oriented and have the ability to persuade others through the development of good personal relationships
- You enjoy working in a growing team with flat hierarchies
- Very good command of spoken and written English is a matter of course for you
