In this newly created role you will assist the HR Manager with all HR administrative processes. You will facilitate in all aspects of Human Resources within the company’s European operations. Activities include employee administration, participating in recruitment and onboarding of new employees. While getting to know our processes, you can suggest improvements and participate in many aspects of the varied projects within this important and dynamic department.
**Tasks include**:
- Administration for the entire HR lifecycle (contracts, letters, reference letters, etc.) in close cooperation with the HR Manager
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
- Monitor timely and correct handling of recurring administrative HR tasks
- Support with absence management
- Supporting recruitment for our European vacancies
- Assisting in various (HR) projects
**Skills**:
- Very good English and German language skills, both spoken and written
- Excellent general administration skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, well-organized and able to work unsupervised
- Diplomatic skills and empathy
- Problem-solving attitude
- A high degree of discretion, integrity, and trustworthiness
- Several years of work experience in a similar role, as management assistant or as office assistant in a legal environment.
- Basic knowledge of German labour laws
**It will be a plus**:
- Experience of working in an international environment
- Some knowledge of other European labour law and social insurance regulations desirable
- Experience with recruiting
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
