Summary For the area "Finance Policies" we are looking for a "Technical Accounting Specialist IFRS & HGB (f/m/d)" at the Ulm or Taufkirchen site. The "Finance Policies" department is responsible for ensuring the finance governance function of the HENSOLDT Group. For this purpose, the organisation comprises the areas of Technical Accounting and Finance Process Management as a basic department. The main tasks of the Technical Accounting department are the support of external financial reporting, the provision of uniform group guidelines and processes, the accounting of critical topics for the HENSOLDT Group and the support in project accounting for quality assurance. Your Tasks- Ensure uniform, group-wide guidelines and processes- Responsible for guidelines and directives to ensure finance governance- Continuous (further) development and assurance of uniform specifications, processes and guidelines for the finance organisation- Reconciliation and documentation of accounting for critical special topics for the HENSOLDT Group such as M&A, financing, structuring, pensions- Support of operational project accounting through reviews and technical coordination- Direct exchange and coordination of solution proposals with our auditors- Review and quality assurance in external reporting- Preparation of special topics for external reporting such as related party disclosures- Support in the preparation of top management presentations- Know-how transfer within the HENSOLDT Group via lectures and training courses Your Profile- Completed university degree in economics, business administration or comparable- Further, relevant qualifications such as doctorate, tax consultant or auditor advantageous- Extensive professional experience in a comparable field of activity in an internationally active company or in an auditing firm / management consulting firm- Extensive knowledge of IFRS and HGB as well as in balance sheet accounting- Confident use of MS Office and basic knowledge of SAP- High degree of conscientiousness and diligence as well as high practical relevance in the solution approaches- Structured, process-oriented approach to work and a strong understanding of conceptual work- Business fluent German and advanced English skills What we offer you - Working in an innovative environment with exceptional high-tech products at the limits of physics - Attractive remuneration (in accordance metal and electrical industry tariffs) - Flexible working time models (mobile working, flexitime and part-time models, sabbaticals, etc.) - Company pension scheme etc. - Individual development and training opportunities Be the pioneer of our future In case you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact our Talent Resourcing Team: Mrs Iris Nussbaumer (permanent positions) and Mrs Lea Schmutz (permanent positions) E-Mail:
